Financial Aid at Trinity
At Trinity, we believe that a vibrant and diverse community enriches the experience for all students. Our families come from all across the Crossroads area, and we are committed to making a Trinity education accessible to those who need financial support.
We understand that choosing Trinity represents a significant educational investment for families. We also deeply believe in the education we provide and the transformative experience our students receive here. That is why we are proud to offer financial aid opportunities to help families who are a good fit for Trinity access all that our school has to offer.
We encourage families who need tuition assistance to apply. The maximum financial aid award offered is 50% of tuition. Applications are handled securely through a trusted third-party provider, and all information you share is kept completely confidential.
Financial aid awards are made on a rolling basis, so we recommend applying as early as possible.
As part of our commitment to community, families who receive tuition assistance are asked to give back through volunteer service hours during the school year.
If you have questions about the process or need help getting started, we are here to guide you every step of the way.
We will continue to offer sibling discounts for 2025-2026. A second child will receive a 5% discount on their tuition and additional children will receive a 10% discount on their tuition.

Payment Options
We realize that affording your child’s education can be a strain on a family budget. Three payment options are available for families:
Payment Plans
Annual Payment Plan (full, one-time payment)
*Semester Payment Plan (paid in 2 installments)
*Monthly Payment Plan (paid in 10 installments)
*If Option 2 or 3 is selected, tuition insurance must be purchased at 3.6% of tuition. Tuition insurance can also be purchased by families who pay in full, but is not required.
Tuition Refund Plan
Because budgeting, staffing, and many other fundamental school decisions are based on enrollment, tuition becomes non-refundable once a family has signed the Educational Services Agreement after June 1. We understand, however, that unexpected circumstances can arise during the school year that may require a family to make a mid-year move – while that’s never what we hope for, we want our families to be prepared and supported in every way possible.
That is why we offer and/or require participation in the Dewar’s Tuition Refund Plan based on the tuition payment plan you select for your family. This plan provides financial protection by offering partial tuition reimbursement if a student must withdraw from Trinity before the end of the school year.
You can learn more about Dewar’s Tuition Refund Plan by visiting their website or reviewing parent information here.
